A Little Bit Of British History Will Soon Take To The Water Again,

the jet-propelled boat in which Donald Campbell was killed is to be driven again, the wreck of the boat was recovered from lake Conistonin 2001 by diver Bill Smith, He said: “I am euphoric at the prospect of having our objective in sight" he added: “Donald’s daughter Gina will be thrilled, She sees this as a fitting memorial to her father.” She backs a project to raise £750,000 to display the boat at Ruskin Museum, Coniston, park chief Richard Leafe said: “It is an iconic boat, this will be a very big occasion.” and now the death knell for the project, the test run needs Government approval, well if Gordon and his fellow health and safety morons have any thing to do with it, it will not hit the water anytime soon, British and proud if it, (just a shame about the many thieves we have in the House of Commons.)
