New Years Day,

so lunch at the Punch and Judy, previously I had been telling Nick and Maureen who stayed over night with us, how much Diana and myself enjoyed the food there, so in we went along with Jeff and Da, starters for us were honey duck in a roll for Diana and prawn cocktail for me,
then the main courses, steak for Nick,
steak and beer pie for Maureen,
Thai food for Da, sheppard's pie for Jeff,
Diana decided on the gammon ham,
liver and bacon for me, 'Cheers!'
then we all had a banoffee pie, it was delicious!
'Cheers!' from all of us, then time to pay the bill, but then a surprise, a huge amount had been taken off of all of our bills! Jamie the owner explained that due to various reasons he felt that the service was not up to his usual standard and some items of vegetables that should have been served were not, so he very kindly adjusted our bills down, which I have to say was totally unexpected, the service was good and we did not notice some vegetables were not served, as we said before 'we will be back!' and a big 'thank you' to Jamie,
if you want to find the Punch and Judy it is almost opposite the Eden Hotel on Soi 17, for us home whilst Jeff and Da went to Central Festival, we played a few games of cards and Monopoly, Jeff and Da called round later as it was their last night with the excellent idea of having a dessert in Pan-Pan, so next stop the rear car park at Pan-Pan, it is on the road that runs from Pattaya to Jomtien on the right just opposite Food Mart,
Jeff and Da, their last night in Pattaya,
this is what we were here for, desserts,
and there were lots to chose from,
OK girls what about those New Years resolutions?
I was informed that the diets, (mine included), would start from the 2nd!,
then it was decided a take home would be ordered,
then back to the desserts, we took home some pizza and spaghetti bolognese, we chatted the rest of the night away, then it was time for Jeff and Da to leave and us to wish them Bon Voyage for their journey the next day,
I am not sure where Diana acquired this but it is a hair clip, next thing Diana was up and it was time to take down the decorations,
so till the early hours of the next day it was pack up all of the Christmas things ready for next Christmas, then for us, off to bed.
