In The Evening We Were Off To One Of My Favorite Restaurants In Angeles City,

run by the ever charming owner Jim,
The Cottage Kitchen Cafe, a little way out of town but well worth the trip,
new since we were last here this aquarium with red eared terrapins in it,
smile for the camera!
Jim called over to say hello, the meal was delicious, I had a steak with vegetables, there was so much of it I just could not eat it all, it was not just me, we all commented on how delicious the meal was,
then off we went, naturally I won the silly hat award,
and the silly/dance walk, it was a Bangles number I think,
we did not go in here, but it certainly looked interesting,
but I do think we went in here, but by now could not remember much about it!
on the way back to the hotel I noticed this impressive piece of air brush art work,
not really my taste but who ever painted had a lot of talent,
one more for the road and we were on our way,
next morning saw us up early and out and about, if you like Guns & Roses you will recognize this face, an absolutely brilliant piece of art work,
there were more all over the bike,
such talent, the downside was that at some stage the rider had fallen off the machine so some remedial work was needed,
Jeff had some shopping to do for a few presents to take home,
the hotel is split between two buildings the fish pool in the center of one, these plants in the center of the other, the price per night was 2,400 pesos,
Jeff and myself continued walking till we found this imposing beast guarding the entrance to another hotel,
well it was hot work, all of that walking so a quick beer to cool off,
speaking of cooling off I thought this was a good idea, water sprays above the bar, every few minutes that spray switches on, cooling the air,
it looks like this from the outside,
until it switches off,
for our evening meal we went to Strawberry Fields, a Beatles theme restaurant,
four lamb chops for me with veg, 325 pesos,
'Cheers!' from both of us,
next stop Walking Street, the new screen had just been turned on this evening,
but it had a slight glitch, one screen repeated the screen next to it,
but not to worry, I am sure it is nothing major, then a quick pose outside one of the bars,
the strangely named The One Eyed Wench, shades of Pirates of the Caribbean!
as was the Forbidden City, from whom I wonder? all to soon it was time to head home for a good nights sleep,
next morning Jeff mention that he would like a Jolibee, mainly because Diana had kept telling him how nice they were, so it had to be tried, later we walked around the mall,
and spied Diana and one of her friends having another Jolibee meal,
but for Jeff and myself we went to a new restaurant , specialising in Australian and English food,
we went for another walk, one thing about the clubs out here they spend a lot of money to make their club look different.
