We Had To Do Some Shopping,

so after filing the bike with fuel,
we made our way down Pattaya Central to the plant stalls,
where we spotted these small bonsai trees, and a few larger ones,
I think we had seen this one before, but it is now 800 baht, I seem to remember it 1,300 baht or perhaps this is a different smaller group,
this one also looked nice at 500 baht,
once again I was tempted with this one, but resisted,
we then noticed this plant,
new to us both,
it when finished flowering had red berries,
that changed to green,
then to black,
we did not have a clue as to what it was called,
then on to the pharmacy,
as we were in the part of town that is behind Big C on Pattaya North Road we called in to the store that sells pots and pans, china and glass, it seems that some of our glasses had been broken over the past few months and we needed some more,
they also do a line in garden ornaments,
not really our cup of tea,
but I thought I would take a few pictures of them,
also there were many bird baths,
and fountains,
plus welcome signs,
we then decided to have a ice coffee and ice milo, delicious,
so it was good bye to the happy ladies as we made our way back to the bike, with a dozen new glasses, if you are in the area this is a great shop to look around for household goods,
also next door there is a place that sells all manor of indoor and outdoor furniture,
no sooner back than shower and change to go to the weekend market,
this week opposite the bar Levi's Lee Wrangler jeans were on sale, just 150 baht each,
fresh fruit on this stall as usual,
sausages on a stick here,
not so many people at the market this week,
but then it did look like it was going to rain,
next after a look around over to the bar to say Hi! to Bill,
later Dang arrived so the girls went off on a shopping expedition, so no change there then! also Sai Jai called over to say hello, she commented that there were very few customers buying her knitwear, I hope things improve for her later,
it was quite late when we arrived home, but after having seen the latest Pirates we thought we would watch Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, which was the third in the series, I have to say better than number four, but all have their moments, then for us off to bed.
