There Did Not Seem To Be Anything That We Found Interesting, Amusing Or Just Plain Weird,

in the news today, so straight on with today's post,

after paying the bug men yesterday I thought that was it as far as paying bills for the month, then today we had an expensive day, in the post two bills, the first meant a trip to the store just past Soi Siam Country Club, it is an electrical store, but also inside it is the local UBC office, so just over 18,000 baht for our satellite television for the next year,

next stop Jack Levey's office on Pattaya Tai, 9,000 baht for the trucks insurance, as Blackadder once said, 'sometimes I feel like a pelican - whichever way I turn I still have an enormous bill in front of me',

after our evening meal we watched the rest of Private Schulz, a comedy/drama, the good news being that Ian Richardson played a number of roles during the 6 part series, in the last he plays none other than Stanley Kemp, in the series counterfeit five pound notes are printed, then ultimately disposed of in Lake Toplitz, which as it happens is where indeed they did end up, in monetary value nearly £134 million, also rumoured to be at the bottom of this lake and others, stolen gold, great series that we both enjoyed,

we had not watched Silent Witness for some time so we rounded off the evening by watching the last of series 7, then for us we were off to bed.
