We Have A Busy Day Ahead Of Us,

lots of shopping to do,

first port of call, Makro on the Sumkivitt Road,

we took the truck as it was our monthly stock up on soda and naturally wine!

arriving home and after unloading the truck we then jumped on the bike, I have to admit that for getting around town if you have a few stops to make using the bike is so much easier than having to repeatedly find a parking space for the truck, so first call on the bike the fishing tackle shop, the one we normally go to on Thepprasit Road, we are going fishing later in the week,

then to the Kodak shop also on Thepprasit Road, we wanted to get the bikes tax certificate encapsulated to stop it getting wet on the bike,

the Kodak shop is almost opposite the 3BB office if you need to find it,

our final stop on the bike, Tesco Lotus,

there are some things that we like to buy there and of course we just had to stop in to Swensons for an ice cream!

strawberry for me, chocolate for Diana,

in the late afternoon Mr. Tony called round to pick us up, there was a huge party that Booie was organising as three of their friends were going into the priesthood to becoming monks, so Mr. Tony was in charge of the drinks, a rum cocktail was in the making,

 and Diana was the taster!

Diana looking as lovely as ever,

she was taking a picture of the pool,

we then made a move as night fell to the venue for the party,

it was a part of the local school,

and these are the three gentlemen that are going into the priesthood,

I am not sure who these two ladies are but they wanted their picture taken,

the covered over area was huge, about 250 guests were expected,

Booie with two of the now monks,

one of the monks with some of his relatives,

the sound system was impressive,

it needed to be as the hall was so large,

as well as music there were of course entertainers like these ladies and a few singers,

then the evening meal was served,

there was so much of it,

about 6 or 7 courses including a soup course plus a fresh fruit dessert,

the monks then called round each table for a photo,

one of the monks,

with two of his friends,

saying a big thank you to Booie and here Mr. Tony,

a photo call for everyone,

a final thank you to all,

a big smile for the camera!, after a lovely evening we made our way home, many thanks to Booie and Mr. Tony for making it all happen, but for us as we have an early start tomorrow we were off to bed.
