so many thanks to Steve and Kai in the UK who sent me this picture mocking my least favorite company apple, a Bad Apple shop, it appears one of the customer who bought a real apple product is having trouble with one, so a trip to the Bad Apple shop seems in order, as for my view on apple product, once ripped off twice shy!
