Sunday At Home,

so a roast dinner for us,

Diana prepared the duck we had bought yesterday,

and it was soon time to tuck in,

crispy duck, with pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and lots of vegetables,

the fish enjoy Sundays as well,

as they get a few extra feeds,

you would almost think they had not been feed today,

and here is a video that Diana made of the fish feeding,

we took a bit of a break between courses,

then our first dessert, apple, rhubarb and raisin crumble, with just a hint of cinnamon, topped with custard,

then a double treat, a second dessert, yesterdays mango crêpes were so nice we had another one, diet starts tomorrow! we spent the afternoon and most of the evening listening to music, one track I thought very poignant given the troubles that seem to be besetting the world was from a King Crimson disc, the CD is titled In The Court Of The Crimson King, the track itself Epitaph, some of the lyrics,

Knowledge is a deadly friend
If no one sets the rules
The fate of all mankind I see
Is in the hands of fools,

hopefully you can just click on the picture above to hear it, moving on we then watched an episode of Inspector Morse, then for us we were off to bed.
