We Had A few Things,

to do today,

like pop in to the bank and win a Ducati!

but first I had a letter to post to the England, so a trip to the FedEx office,

if you need to find it go to the Dolphin roundabout and go up the hill towards Naklua it is on the right hand side of the road, at the rear of this courtyard,

 walk past the fountain,

 and there it is,

on the way back Diana took the camera and made this video as we drove along Pattaya Beach Road, not quite the ending we expected though,

next stop the bank, many months ago we renewed Diana's passport as it was over 5 years old, but one thing we had not done is to inform the bank, more frequently now banks are asking for your passport if you wish to withdraw cash, so we needed to add Diana's new passport number to her account, we should have done it long ago, but at least it is up to date now, having completed that we decided to have a late breakfast/early lunch in the Pattaya Beer Garden, to find the garden this is the walkway you take which is at the side of the first group of beer bars at the beginning of Walking Street from Pattaya Beach Road,

the view from the walkway looking past the water treatment plant along Pattaya Beach Road,

 the entrance to the garden,

which is actually a water feature,

Diana looking as lovely as ever,

one of the many speedboats in the bay waiting for customers,

 looking back inland,

the tethered balloon about to make another flight,

our meal arrived, water and mini burgers with fried potato and salad for Diana,

an ice coffee,

and prawn cocktail for myself,

if you have never been to the beer garden give it a try, the food is good and it is very nice sitting and looking at the bay and feeding the schools of fish that swim along side the garden,

it was soon evening, so glad rags on,

as we were off to Soi Lengkee, to Steak & Co,

 with Mr. Tony,

at the rear of the restaurant you can watch your food being cooked,

 the impressive menu,

and as it says, all of the steaks here are Australian,

for her starter Diana chose popcorn shrimps,

which looked like a breaded prawn cocktail, but the breaded mixture was so delicious,

Mr. Tony and myself both went with the lobster bisque,

 'Cheers!',

 a complimentary sorbet,

 was next,

our main courses arrived, a 250 gram black Angus rib-eye steak for Diana,

 she chose a mushroom sauce,

and onion rings as her side dish,

whilst Mr. Tony and myself decided on the rack of New Zealand lamb,

which looked and was a treat,

the rack came with a red current and mint jus with seasonal vegetables, for our side dishes which were extra Mr. Tony chose a potato dish, I went for the buttered mushrooms, we all shared our side dishes,

 another 'Cheers!',

then the desserts, white chocolate tartufo for Mr. Tony,

Diana and myself shared a chocolate mousse,

 to round of the meal,

cappuccino for Mr. Tony,

and a latte for myself, Mr Tony very kindly dropped us off home then feet up for,

the first in the series of Pirates of the Caribbean, one episode from Waking the Dead and we were off to bed.
