pigeons, quail, even small song birds in some parts of Europe,

so how about parrots? a group of 6 people plan to open a shop at the end of the year, but before opening have put a display in their shop window that has sparked local controversy, the shop is called Terrific Street, is at 1534 Grant Ave, in North Beach, San Francisco, it appears that there is a local parrot population, 

but the canned parrot seems to have ruffled the feathers of locals who want to see and not eat them, but the shop owners decided on a bit of a lark, what great advertising for the soon to be open shop!
