Imagine Going To The Theatre,

and witnessing a 50-foot long brontosaurus walk across the stage,

pick up a young lady and make off with her, pretty impressive, especially when this feat of engineering took place in the 1930s, the company who produced the Amphibious Dinosaur Brontosaurus (aka “Dolores” or “Dino”), also appeared at the City of Chicago in it's exposition A Century ofProgress Chicago International Exposition of 1933,

with no special photographic effects the designers, engineers and men inside the model really had their work cut out, established in the early part of the 1900s, Messmore & Damon were the original 'Imagineers,' crafting one-of-a-kind attractions for industrial clients such as The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, American Oil Company, International Harvester, among others, what an amazing show the exposition must have been.
