We Parked At Friendship,

Diana went to the market and then to Central Festival,

whilst I popped into the store for tonight's beef for our stew,

I also called into the kitchen hardware part of the store, I was looking for a 3 section basket to go into the pressure cooker, but alas they did not have one,

arriving home,

another of Diana's stinky cactus had flowered,

this one plant had now flowered 4 times and the show will still be going on, to the right of the picture yesterdays flower now finished, in the center another bud that will open in the next 2 or 3 days, just a pity the flowers only last for a day, but there it is,

as Diana was gong to be some time I decided to play cactus, so I mixed up some soil, well mostly different grades of gravel,

and brought a tray of seedlings into the outside room,

 some were doing remarkably well,

 so I picked a few,

and popped them into larger pots,

and placed them in the sun, at the top of the picture one of our lemons will be ready for picking in a week or so,

by now todays flower was starting to wilt as it's day was nearly over,

after Diana had returned with bags of shopping we made our way to the weekend night market on Thepprasit Road,

 looking towards Jomtien,

Hello Kitty and Minnie Mouse on the novelty stall today,

not a cloud in the sky looking inland,

as I approached the bar I could not but noticed these huge heavy duty upright girders had been welded in place since last week,

and two new aisles had been made,

all of the usual stalls were here, we actually bought some strawberries here, depending upon who you are you will be charged either 200 baht a kilo or 250 baht a kilo, so ask first!

 as they are in season,

the slushie stall was doing well,

not many in the pet aisle,

except for the first stall that always seems to have a few people in,

 sunset over the market,

when I arrived at the bar Brian and Jim had already arrived,

and here we were, the usual suspects!

night over the market, we found out what the supports were for, I had thought way too over engineered just for a roof, it appears that cross beams will be added then a floor put in to make a over head car park, so now I know,

arriving home the room was filled with a delicious aroma, beef stew with dumplings, we then settled down for a few from Judge Judy, then as the midnight hour approached we were off to bed.
